Maybe you imagine the beach. Maybe you imagine hugging a tree. There's no right or wrong answers here you might even imagine yourself floating on a cloud.

Allowing your subconscious mind to make all of the pictures that remind it of that tranquil calm peaceful place inside.

The way the light shines. The way the air feels. Bringing those other senses into the picture as well.

Getting a sense of the feeling of the sand between your toes perhaps.

And as you think of these things part of your mind may have been speeding up to think of as many things as possible and that's fine.

Just take another slow deep breath and give yourself permission to not have to think of everything or think of it all perfectly.

But just to allow the places that remind you of tranquility to drift in and out of your body and mind now.

And as you do, your mind will naturally pick one or maybe two scenes that it finds the most tranquil.

And just go with those. Even if it's just a plain white space, just go with it.
