| 2:16.0 | It's a technique where you inhale and do exhale to the count of five or a count that feels right for you. |
| 2:27.0 | Then you pause and hold that inhale for the count of six. |
| 2:35.0 | And then when it feels right you'll exhale through your nose to the count of eight. |
| 2:42.0 | So you'll exhale a little longer than your inhale and you'll do this three times or as many times as feels right for you. |
| 2:55.0 | Again, make sure that you do this breathing technique to a count that feels right for you. |
| 3:01.0 | And now I want to share with you a little insight into social self-care. |
