This is the final week of 2021 and I wonder how you're doing.

Are you beginning to put closure on certain aspects of 2021?

Or have you not really given it much thought because you've been so busy and distracted by the holidays?

Well, this is your week.

This is the week to launch you into 2022.

And throughout this week's meditation series, you're going to be guided in meditations on prosperity.

Prosperity can mean many things and you're going to be guided in prosperity the way you need it most this week.

So you have a challenge where every single day you focus on one part of your life and how you can increase prosperity in that area of your life.

In small increments, this is going to help you focus on what matters most to you.

And it's going to also help you to clarify what you need in your life and what you need most is often what brings you the most prosperity.

So think about what it is you need most in your life and as part of your quest, your daily challenge begin to set yourself up for prosperity in the areas of your life you're focusing on.

Today, you're going to be guided in a meditation to usher in prosperity to all areas of your life.

An affirmation is a positive statement that you repeat with intention, not mindlessly but rather focusing on what each word means to your life as you repeat it.

Affirmations are powerful meditation techniques that have stood the test of time and affirmations are used in business, they are used for health and wellness, they are used to improve how you feel emotionally and mentally.

So your affirmation for this week that I encourage you to repeat every morning and if you could repeat it in the evening as you get ready to go to bed, that's a great way to end your day.

Start your day with the affirmation and in your day with the affirmation, those are the most powerful times where you're more open and receptive to focus on an affirmation.

Really the best time to repeat an affirmation is when you think of it so maybe think of repeating the affirmation at some point throughout your day as well.

So the affirmation is I usher in prosperity to all areas of my life.

I invite you to settle yourself down with a straight spine and close your eyes gently elevating them upwards and begin to tune in to how you're feeling right now.

Notice your mood, notice your emotions, think about what may have contributed to the way you're feeling.
