I'm Mary Meckley and I welcome you back to day three of our series this week.

We are exploring brain health in regard to memory.

And in today's episode, you are going to discover how to

use a breathing technique that will instantly calm your mind and body. In fact, out of all the

different numerous meditation techniques, breathing techniques, calm your mind and body instantly.

There's a lot of research that shows that when you give yourself three deep, long breaths,

inhales and exhales.

This instantly calms your mind and body.

So when you are in the midst of a difficult day,

you can do a breathing technique to give yourself instant support.

Now, when you're trying to remember something and you can't remember someone's name,

or you're trying to remember some detail that is on the tip of your tongue,

if you do a few rounds of breath and gently elevate your eyes upward as you do so,
