All about inner peace. Inner peace is what we crave so badly these days, especially this time of year as we get ready to close out another year. And

there are a lot of festivities and important holidays around this time of the year. I want to

share with you a breathing technique to help you tap into your deep inner peace. That's always there.

It's not as though when you become busy or you're frustrated or angry or any other emotion

you may be experiencing. It's not as though you don't have any peace.

People often say, I just don't have any peace.

I just can't calm down.

Well, those emotions are within you.

We all experience the full range of human emotions. It's tapping

into the emotions you want to experience that allow you to live your life the way you

are meant to live it. And that is with peace.

When you are at peace, you as part of this world, an important part of this world,

you are seeking those beautiful qualities about yourself that are always there.
