| 1:25.2 | are meant to live it. And that is with peace. |
| 1:30.9 | The whole world feels better when people are peaceful. |
| 1:35.4 | When you are at peace, you as part of this world, an important part of this world, |
| 1:42.2 | you are seeking those beautiful qualities about yourself that are always there. |
| 1:50.3 | And the best way to attain those qualities on a regular basis is by meditating. |
