I'm Mary Meckley and I welcome you to day two of our Cleanse series this week.

In today's episode you you will discover an affirmation that I encourage you to repeat every morning and every evening. These are the best times to repeat an affirmation.

In the morning your mind hasn't yet engaged in all the

thoughts and worries and cares of the day and in the evening as you go to bed at night you are beginning to let go of the cares and worries of the day.

And an affirmation is a wonderful way

to help you stay focused on the theme for this week.

Each week we explore a different theme. This allows you to go deeply into a particular quality you want to include in your life.

And as you go through a cleanse,

remember, it's not about letting go so much as it is about opening up to something new.

So you will be doing both letting go of things that are weighing you down this week and you will be opening up to your true inner wisdom.

And that's the part of you that can become concealed behind.
