I'm Mary Meckley and I welcome you to day two of our stress relief meditation series.

We're exploring all week long.

You will discover a different meditation technique you can do on the go.

While you are busy in the midst of your day and stress creeps in. It may even whack you

over the head. You may feel like you're being doused in stress sometimes.

So these are meditation techniques you can do in that moment.

One of the most powerful meditation techniques is when you focus on a specific intention

and repeat that intention out loud,

that is called an affirmation.

And so your affirmation for this week for today

is to repeat, I rise up to meet each opportunity.

Now remember, in yesterday's episode as we launched into this series, I challenged you to do each technique for each day at least three times that day

and to savor the moment you're doing the technique.

Just as if you were opening up a box of chocolate and selecting an individually wrapped

chocolate, removing the wrapper, and savoring the experience. You can replace the chocolate
