Your challenge has been to reflect back over your day and notice what made you happy.

So at the end of your day, if you reflect back over the events of the day and the times you were happy,

it's a great week to keep a journal.

You could keep a happiness journal where you take note of these times each day when you were happy.

You might be surprised by what you learn as you look back through the week.

You may begin to see some patterns that help you to be happier.

I want to share with you a little insight and you can go ahead and settle yourself down and get ready to meditate.

And as you do, take a look around your meditation space and notice what makes you happy about your meditation space.

And think of ways you could enhance your space to make you feel happier while you're there meditating.
