Summary
Calm your heart as you calm your thoughts with the Apan Vaya mudra. This mudra is considered to calm your heart rate when you're feeling anxious.
This week's series guides you on a compassion journey. You are guided in meditations to open your heart to the pain and suffering of others. You may experience that compassion is much easier when we share similar experiences through suffering.
This is part 4 of a 7-Part Finding Certainty During Uncertain Times Meditation series, Episodes 2868-2874.
You are guided with a different meditation technique every day that is customized for the week's theme. Weave the techniques into the most stressful times of your day to manage difficult emotions. The meditation techniques help to calm the "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
