Just in time for summer rest and relaxation (if you're in the Northern hemisphere), this week you're being transported to the tranquility of the beach! All week long, immerse yourself in water-themed meditations to cleanse your mind, body, and soul. This is a reply of a meditation series I recorded a few years ago.
