record this meditation in honor of those who are in the midst of the category

for Hurricane Michael that just hit north of where I live in Florida.

And we are experiencing a tropical storm. You may hear wind and rain in the background as I record this.

But we are safe and sound inside, but those in the path of the storm are likely experiencing

strong torrents of weather as the hurricane hits northern Florida.

And as you think about your emotions, you might think of them as you would weather patterns.

When you think about the weather,

wherever you are in the world right now.

What's happening around you outside is a direct result of what's going on

in the world on the planet weatherwise.

It's not as though your town or city where you live produced this particular weather

where you are. The weather patterns circulate around the globe and your emotions are like currents of emotions happening all over the globe, depending on what you allow. What you weather allow into your life depends on how well you weather life's storms, emotionally.
