How are you doing? Here you are showing up for yourself today.

You are amazing to be doing this for yourself.

In fact, meditation is one of the best ways to instantly calm your mind, body, and soul. And that is what we all

need these days of uncertainty.

So as you get ready to do your meditation today,

I have some insight to share with you. In fact, I have a little challenge for you. This is on top of your

week's challenge. Our theme this week we're exploring your brain health and the focus

is concentration so your challenge has been to create time each day to concentrate, to focus on what matters most

because your time and your attention is at an all-time premium these days.

And we don't know how long we will be in this chain of uncertainty.

But what you can do for yourself every day is to show up and be authentic with who you are and that is to find this time to concentrate.

And you'll notice that as you do this every day, just as when you sit down to meditate each day,

you may start to fidget, but then your mind begins to calm down. You begin to relax and you begin

to think and evolve your own life instead of worrying about all the things out there, all around

you, you start to focus on what you have control over.

And this is a gift that is valuable and it's a gift that helps others around you as well.
