we have been exploring this week all about brain health in regard to your focus and

So this has been a week for you to start living your life on your own agenda again, and you did this with a challenge.

Every day this week, you are challenged to create some time to concentrate. This is outside of your meditation time. Meditation is when your mind

and body are calm and your heart is open.

Well, your concentration time this week

has been a chance for your brain to rest, but for you to begin to think and remember those things about yourself that may have

become a little muddled in this fear and uncertainty that we're living these days.

And to reclaim those parts of you that light you up and inspire you and get you up out of bed in the

morning so this is the final episode of our series and as in each final episode of a week long series

is a chance for you to take a look back and to notice how you're living back and to notice how you're living your life, to celebrate your

big wins, and to notice what you might do differently next time, the challenges you faced.

You start living with more intention. You're more conscientious. You live more consciously

When your body is comfortable, your mind can relax. And then just take note of how you're feeling. Name your mood. Think about what may have triggered that mood. And think about how you'd like to feel.
