I think I mentioned to you, if you've listened to the previous episodes. I was in Las Vegas for last week's

Of all things, I was recording Peace Meditations in Las Vegas, which isn't really known

so much for its peace, but regardless that's where I happened to be when I was

recording that series. So I came away with a bit of a cold which you might hear in my voice. So in today's episode whether you're

going to do the meditation technique for today while you're seated in your meditation space or even as you walk or go about

your day or even as you get ready to drift off to sleep. The technique is going to help you become calm and we're following the prayer for peace from St. Francis of Assisi this week as we lay the

with your own personal creed or your own personal mission statement on how you want your inner life

to be. And this is really what may have brought you to meditation

So when you think about what's important to you in your life and the qualities you want to cultivate and to regularly exhibit as you go about your busy days.
