Summary
Social media is great, right? We get those little dopamine hits from refreshing our feeds, get to peek into other people's lives and can find a way to be entertained 24/7. But what if you're using it too much? What if you're hooked?!
In this episode, I share my findings from my first week or a month-long social media break. Am I in a clammy heap on the floor thinking about Instagram or am I far more present and engaged in my daily life?
