Summary

In a brand new episode of the podcast I discuss the five tactics that can help you become a more positive person.

Not only are these great habits to incorporate into your life, they are also proven to reduce physical stress, strengthen coping mechanisms and encourage an overall feeling of calm.

Positive thinking and being more positive are frequently cited as being helpful, especially when experiencing depression and anxiety, but it’s easier said than done. And someone telling you to ‘be more positive’ can be as effective as telling someone to ‘calm down’.

Hopefully what this episode does is offer a little more insight into the ‘how’ to be more positive. All the tactics are free and none take more than a few minutes.

This podcast was inspired by the feedback I had from you for the last few Bullet Points episodes where we’ve discussed overwhelm, mental health and burnout so I hope you find it helpful.
