get it started by telling us a little bit about yourself and what you do? So Brandon Mitchell,

obviously my name, work as a transactional lawyer, mostly M&A and reinsurance in the financial services industry. My company's

called the Spita, who just rebranded it to the name of Spita and were acquired last year.

Prior to that, worked at nationwide insurance and the Merging Acquisitions Legal Group. Went to law school with you, Kwamey. Prior to that, worked in nationwide insurance and the Emerging Acquisitions Legal Group.

Went to Ohio State for law school and undergrad. In between those two played, well, I guess,

while at Ohio State played football for Ohio State and then played with the Cleveland Browns
