Hey guys, welcome back to the show. It's Aaron here and I've got a guest with me. Today we're

going to be talking about habits. I've been thinking a lot about habits and it was kind of tipped off by one of my clients.

She a few months ago came to me and was having a lot of health problems, has an autoimmune

disorder, a bunch of things going on, fatigue, skin stuff, and through working together, we kind of unlocked one of the secrets

to her success, dieterally anyway. And I mean, she was killing it. I mean, she was sending me

screenshots of herself, like running races. She was feeling so good, so much energy. And then

the holidays at it. And she felt a little bit like they derailed all of her progress.

So in a recent appointment, she expressed concern, like, how do I do this for the rest of my life?

Like, do I have to live like this forever? Because it feels really hard right now.

And I was like, listen, you're just in the building habit phase right now.

And I think we all have to collectively acknowledge that building new habits can be really hard.
