Gary, it's been a day. How are you, my friend? Thanks for joining me. It's nice to see you, my old friend.

Good to see you. I appreciate it. So, Gary, to get right to it, you know I talk to a lot of agents, lenders, title execs, team leaders, brokers, all over the world. And there really seems to be four pressing issues that are on the minds of the smart agents today. And I really want to just jump into those four issues and just get your take, you know, as quickly and effectively as possible to, you know, help everybody just move forward in the right direction. So the first question is the thing I hear a lot is like, how do I build my brand, but at the same time generate business on social? You know, is there a balance that I should be using today, kind of going back to Jab, Jab, Right Hook? Yeah. I mean, look, I think to your point, I mean, I wrote a book a decade ago plus now that spoke about that, which is like, look, and you do this well, which is why I've always given you props, Like you have to give a lot of value.

And that puts you in a better position to sell.

And all the best agents here that are listening are the ones that don't show their clients to perceive notion of like caring, but they're really in it for the buck.

Like, because one of the issues, yeah, is just how do I separate myself from the competition?
