| 1:35.0 | It's when we feel something that we notice the biggest transformation. |
| 1:42.0 | And so when you approach your focus through your heart, how you feel, |
| 1:50.1 | you'll find this is the key to stop distracting thoughts and to manage your emotions. |
| 2:00.0 | So when you think about going through your heart, you think of the qualities of your heart chakra, |
| 2:06.0 | and that has to do with love, gratitude, compassion, and these are some of the most powerful human emotions. |
| 2:21.0 | And so when you generate those emotions that are so powerful, they can dominate most of your thoughts. |
