This week the theme is how to start your day and how you start your day can define the whole rest of your day.

It's like a blueprint for your day and think about how when you start your day each and every morning you could consider as how you live your life.

Now what I mean by this is that your ritual that you commit to doing day in, day out, year after year,

help define how you live your life.

So when you think about this time you spend as you start your day,

think about how consciously engaged you are in this process. So if you start your day and I

know for many of you you already have some excellent rituals here you are

meditating so you likely have a meditation ritual.

Maybe you don't do it to start your day, maybe you do it to end your day, which

actually is also vitally important as a blueprint for your life.

But many of you, I know, start your day with movement with some kind of physical exercise or journaling or something else that allows you to pause

and reflect before the energies of the day set in. Now if you do not have rituals that you do in the morning,

think about a ritual you could do, and that is actually your challenge this week. It is to allow

yourself a little extra time in the morning and you are encouraged to wake up at least 15 minutes before your normal wake-up time

to allow yourself to do even a mini ritual.

If you could wake up half an hour and then work up to waking up an hour

early so that you have plenty of time to do a ritual or two or maybe even three rituals during that hour.

You are likely going to discover that you're more grounded throughout your day. So think of your ritual as a blueprint for your day.
