We continue along with this week's peaceful sleep meditation series.

I want to ask you, if you've been following along with this series, I challenged you at the very beginning of the series

And this is something that may give you some clues as to why you may not be sleeping well.

You may find that you have the same recurring dream and this may be a dream that you've

always had off and on or you may have a dream that seems to go on and on and on. Or you might have just a random

episode in your dream such as maybe you had a dream that you were drinking

We all have dreams.

We don't always remember our dreams. But some psychologists believe that dreams do have meaning. In fact,

it was Sigmund Freud who was well noted for exploring dreams
