or a sigh on the exhales. Just letting your body in both parts of your mind know in a way that they understand very quickly, but it's time to just relax, to unwind and let go for a time.

Sighing out the stress, cares and worries that may have been building up over the past few days or weeks. Just letting them...

Hhhhhhh... drift away. As you allow the sound of my voice to make any effort at all that it takes, I'd like you to imagine what it would be like to find yourself at the top of a cliff.

Maybe it's in the desert and the land is very reddish. Or maybe it's above an ocean perhaps.

As you imagine yourself at the top of this cliff, feeling very safe and secure, because you know that you're not going to fall off. You're just going to go to the edge as much as you choose to, as close as you choose to get, but you're safe and secure here on the cliff side.

And if you don't want to be right near the edge, that's fine too. I'd like you to find a place that feels really good to just kind of sit or even lay back.

And relax. Maybe there's a really big boulder that the little kid in you decides how I want to climb up on that and sit crisscross applesauce and just kind of look out at the vista.

And the horizon line is so far out there, it's like you can see everything for miles.

As you just sit and breathe and imagine how that would look and feel to just be sitting there so high up and able to see things for miles in the distance, but feeling very safe and secure.

Firm and grounded where you are.

As you allow yourself to take a few more breaths and just settle into that a little bit more.

And as you're sitting there, you may think of the things that happened this past week, things that made you upset or overwhelmed, worried, caused anxiety perhaps, or even sadness.
