Yesterday the prestigious Clovis Invitational took place at the iconic Woodward Park. Leo Young set a new meet record (eclipsing his older brother Nico's previous record) by running 14:25.9. Lex Young came second running 14:31.7. Lex and Leo led their team, Newbury Park, to a dominant victory cementing their #1 ranking in the country.

Today's episode is a big recap of the Clovis race and much more! We dive deep into a discussion about pre-meet, Italian dinners, socks with spikes, Nitro-Cold Brews, attacking the Woodward Park Course, Nutella vs black coffee, and even fighting chimpanzees. This episode is a super fun one and a great chance to recap their race.
