And I tell you it increased my awareness of how I was handling my own sleep.

I had one night where I was really excited.

I slept like six hours without waking up to turn over or go to the bathroom,

which is a miracle in my postmenopausal state.

And so that either means I was dehydrated or I just slept really well.

Last night, I actually did not sleep that well.

I woke up at like 2.30 in the morning and I couldn't fall asleep again to like 4.30 or 5.

And I handled that by remaining calm.
