and the reasons you think they are the best. So shall we get started? And we're going to start

with the city that was number one in the run pod list, London. Sarah says it definitely has to be London.

That's the best place to run in.

I love running around all the parks.

Claire says for me it's London every time.

The landmarks are all iconic.

Lots of green spaces.

Stuart's gone for London.

When I visit London for work, I always take my trainers

and I do a loop of the north and south embankment

tower bridge to Westminster. I mean, it's just great. You can just go along the river, cross the bridge,

go back along the river, cross the bridge. It is just brilliant and you take in all the sights.
