Yeah, we went to Italy. Have you been before? In college, studying abroad. Okay. You know, with the big backpack going on the train in a note. But not, no, I haven't been since. It's pretty awesome. Yeah. The food's amazing. Is it what we'd imagine? Like, you know, a lot of better than Chef Boy or D and stuff? Oh, I mean, the spaghetti is like, oh, just plain butter noodles are phenomenal. Is it different? Like sometimes people will say, that's not how pizza really is or that's not how this Mexican food really is. Yeah. I mean, it's so fresh, right? And they use olive oil for everything instead of butter and all that stuff.

Olive oil is delicious. So good. There you go off to Italy for a stretch of time. Any grand adventures while you were there?

We did some cool stuff. We took Vespas through Rome, you know, with like a sidecar. Oh, that's really cool. I love that. It's like the movies. It's adorable. The one cool thing is we went truffle hunting with a dog. Oh, wow. You didn't go with a pig? No, pigs are like, they say pigs are super destructive. Yeah, I was heard it was like a specialized pig, the truffle pig or whatever they call.

Can we take a time out?

Because I don't even know what a truffle is. Yeah. So truffle's like a fancy mushroom. Aren't they crazy expensive? It's related to the mushroom, but it's like a fungus. I thought it was a bird. No. And they're super expensive. I mean, they can range from like 800800 for one little tiny ball of truffle to like $5,000.

And you bring a dog or a pig with you because they can sniff it out?

So they train them.

It's called the dog that they use is an Italiana Romongolo is the name of it.
