Being ready isn't a feeling. It's actually a decision.

What's up guys and welcome back to skinny dipping, the podcast where we metaphorically strip down and dive in two subjects around the mind, the body, because we love it

to be embodied within us and the soul in order to create actionable change in our lives.

Because we can talk about this in theory all day long, but how do we actually take the action,

the actionable step to use this information in a way that is

applicable, in a way that it has the potential to change our lives? And today we're talking about

that being ready isn't a feeling, it's a decision. And I made this TikTok a couple weeks ago,

and I think it's my biggest Instagram real to date.

And I was like, wow, there is something here that I need to discuss further.

And it's funny how words foreshadow what's actually going to happen.

Like when I made that video, I wasn't feeling in that energy of like, wow, I need to

make the decision to be ready for what I need to do.

I wasn't even in that place, but that download came to me.

And then with that, I was like, okay, I should share this fast forward to now like four

five six weeks later maybe it's been like a month and a half since I made that video originally

I finally realized this week that being ready isn't a feeling it's a fucking decision and i experienced it firsthand and i have
