Hi, babe. Welcome back to the yoga inspired life podcast. This is so funny. I tell you what,

Bali has been sleeping under my bed all day and I just sat down to record and now she's popped up behind me on the couch looking at me like hello now's not the time for you mammas you had all day you could

come out and saw me she wants to hang out but for right now I'm hanging out with you we'll hang

out together we'll make this a group hangout session. I am coming to you today with another special bonus episode where I'm

taking you behind the scenes of how I created my very first to physical products since I launched

them just a little over a year ago. The Activate Align Expand, Guided Journal and Planner and the waterproof affirmation deck.

And these weren't just products I decided to make because it was on brand or because I wanted

to start a product line.

These were not random.

These came from a deep personal need.

They came from my own life experiences, from years of journaling,

from using affirmations to transform my mindset, from trial and error, from frustration,

from messy seasons of growth, and from noticing that nothing on the market fully supported

me in the way that I needed to be supported.

So today I'm going to walk you through the full story from the spark of the idea to the creative

process to the real challenges behind the scenes and what I've learned from bringing these

to life. So we'll start from the beginning, which is that I have been journaling since I was a kid.
