Hi, babe. Welcome back to the Yoga Inspired Life podcast. I am excited for today's conversation because it's one that's been landing really deeply in my own life lately. It's something that I've had

to return to again and again and again and again and again. And that is that true wellness is not about perfection. I've learned that the hard way. It's not a lot. It's not a I've had to return to again and again and again and again.

And that is that true wellness is not about perfection.

It's about flexibility.

I know that sounds simple, but if you're anything like me, it's not always easy to embody.

I, for the longest time, have had an all or nothing mindset that I've had to really work hard at to shift and change and mold

into more flexibility. And I think it's also hard to embody this flexibility because we live in a

culture that glorifies discipline, structure, and hustle. And all of those things are great,

but in doses, right? Anything in extreme, I just think is not healthy. You know,

I think that we have the questions of like, what's your morning routine and the never miss a

Monday mindset and the endless dream of that girl content, which I love to create. But the reality is,

even if it's well-intentioned, I think it can

actually start to feel restrictive and shame-inducing if we're not careful. That's why I've really

tried to share more content lately on my Instagram of like, it's not healthy if there's no

balance, because I have been working on that in my own life. So today I want to unpack this idea

that true wellness is about flexibility, not perfection, and what it really means to live your
