0:26.0 | But I had an experience with two young pastors from Eastern Europe after our leadership conference a few weeks ago that really impacted me. |

0:52.4 | Their illusions had about leadership and pastoring had been crushed. |

1:05.0 | And here's some of the things they asked me. |
1:06.5 | And said, well, Pete, who do I trust? |
1:08.2 | How do I trust people? |
1:09.5 | I'm so disappointed in them. And, you know, |
1:13.2 | nobody takes care of us here. It's not like the marketplace where people get taken care of in their |
1:17.1 | jobs. And they said, like, I don't feel like anyone understands our pain. And they think I'm |
1:23.3 | complaining, but I'm really very lonely, the lead pastor said. And they asked, why can't God |
1:28.2 | bring a father figure who will unlock part of our destiny? Why are we alone in this? And, you know, |
1:34.8 | we poured our life into people, and now we're misunderstood and slandered. These are people we've loved |
1:39.6 | for so long. And one of them said, I expected people to support me and know the pain of my walk |
