Actually, I did a webinar on this recently, and we had such a massive response of 650 plus people that we felt it was worth doing in a podcast. So again, our topic is

0:24.9

five keys to a building a healthy team. So let's go right into it, all right? And again,

shadow are very apparent on that team now people won't say anything to you unless you invite them

2:12.2

and if you invite them rarely will they give you a full rendering of themselves? That's why

2:19.7

360s are so powerful. But, you know, in the emotionally healthy leader book, the controlling

illustration is a skyscraper where I give four steel beams or pylings of a skyscraper that
