It's Lauren and I am so happy to be back presenting this podcast again twice the week.

I'm determined to this time to continue through thick and thin and whatever occurs in my life.

I have a cup of coffee here today, it's the middle of the day and we've just got back from

Holiday. I suggest that you get yourself a hot cup and make yourself comfortable and if you would like sit down or lie down comfortably.

I have restarted for the third time my podcast. The content will be about well-being, health, sustainability, wellness, always in a quiet voice.
