Summary

When the wind rises and you know a storm is about to crash down over you, you can choose to be like the cow or the buffalo. A cow runs away from the storm, but the buffalo knows that the fastest way out of the storm is through it. In this episode of Mindset Monday, I’m talking about how you can use this lesson to build your own inner strength.

So we've all heard the example of the difference between a cow and a

buckle or a bison and it's simply this every animal senses the storm knows exactly what's going on and for some reason the poor little cow like

literally turns away from the storm and starts walking slowly and gets pummeled by it for a long long time.
