And then Andy called me one day and he said, son, he says, I trained you to be so much better than this. I'm like, what are you talking about, dude? Like, I'm in the top 1% when it comes to income in my area. I was like, I'm crushing it, dude. I'm doing everything you told me to do. He's like, Jesse, you're not getting it, bro. It's like you're built for so much more.

Today we are fortunate enough to

have Mr. Jesse Cloud on the show. Jesse is a very new friend of mine. He's a trainer for the

Elliott group. I've actually had him train my team on what we do we call Wiser Wednesdaynesdays which is every wednesday i have a guest speaker

either come into the shop or call in via a zoom call and just do a little training from my

plumbing team here in phoenix and uh at wiser wed Wednesday stands for winning insights, skills, and

expertise for results. And it just, it gives me a little break in the middle of the week from

training, but probably more importantly, I felt, I feel like, and I've always felt like

it gives the team a break from hearing the same voice over and over again.

I mean, I put a lot into every meeting, and I do try to keep things, you know, not different,

but fresh and new every meeting, but I can't think of anyone.
