James Hobart, eight-time CrossFit Games veteran is on the show this week. It was announced that this year James has made the decision to decline his Regionals invitation despite finishing 33rd in the CrossFit Open overall. In this episode we are going to talk what it’s like not training for the Games, being an athlete vs. coaching, as well as the motivation behind his decision to not compete and finally, what he plans to do next.
