0:12.0	Many of you know Trevor through his company Smashworks where he gives a ton of free advice on mobility, injury prevention, pain management, all through video and written content

0:35.0	For those of you who didn't hear about this, Trevor was absolutely
0:39.7	destroying everyone in the 40 to 45 year old division in the open and when asked to
0:46.7	submit a video his first video I guess looked a little fishy or something like that and they requested another one and this is the one that they found he actually did one round of the workout and edited it so that it played on loop for a number of rounds and he tried to pass that off as a real video.
