Summary

In today’s episode, John interviews Joe Akira, a kid John treated years ago when he was working in non profit. Joe was a lost 13 year old but now a thriving 27 year old. They reflect on Joe’s troubled youth and awoling the program. And how John was fresh off a divorce and rebuilding his own life, which he hid from the kids. A heartfelt episode about our collisions and how they affect us.

This is before there were clouds, right? This is when you're just typing shit on word

0:58.8

and you save it to your desktop. There was no such thing as clouds and so I used to lose you know 30 40 50 pages of a screenplay and when I did that or my computer would crash or whatever I would just trust that I was meant to

lose those pages so I could start over and it's going to be better and Joe as hard as

what we needed for now this to be the episode and that's of course me choosing to believe that
