Emily told me today that she's gonna get into the property owning game. I mean that's part of why I moved here is I would never afford property in Los Angeles. I mean I don't think anyone can. When I got my name was my own condo and it was super cool super chill and then this is just like be where you guys.

I was like a guy in the condo association there were like ten of us claimed that because we didn't fix a leak in the roof we all voted on the way we wanted to fix it. And he was like super weird about like the way he wanted to do it. And then all of a sudden months later he was like that leak dripped into my apartment and I slipped and I'm like you slipped on your carpeted condo. And he was in a neck brace. He sued our condo association.

He's one of these like professional plaintiff kind of people. Yeah. And I was like, Hey man, like your bullshit and you're suing us and we had to have like me. I was like 20 28. You're like taking meetings with lawyers. And he was like every time he left he would like be in his neck brace like, and I wrote an email. I was like just so you know you are bullshit.

And I was like, wow, I was like, and now that like I've been sued by like a professional plaintiff person like I know how they are. And he was like, wow, I was like, there's no way your neck is that broken. I'm sorry. Like you didn't.

Even if you're like six eight and you fall like there's just no reason on carpet to be that fucked up. And he was like, wow, apparently you are not only like a musculoskeletal expert, but you're also a brain surgeon or neural spinal surgeon.

You must have so many expertise and I just go and I wrote this I go, I'm none of those things what I am is a standup comic. So I know bullshit when I see it and you are garbage. And I just like got out of there. So you might have one of those in your building.

That was also weren't you in like another fight there. I was at another place where you were like part of a fought AT&T or something.

Yeah, well, that had nothing to do that that was across the street. AT&T wanted to put up like a cell phone tower on the building on top of a building. And it just so happened that that building was not section eight housing, but it was all like Latino like a lot of yeah, they were all Latino mothers, a lot of single mothers, poor people. And I was like, you can't just put like a microwave on top of these people's homes.

And think that everyone's going to be cool that nice try that's that's the good fight and the other guy can no one had ever talked to him and then all of a sudden he's like, oh my neck, I need millions and you're like go back in your hole.

Anyways, do you know if you had to pay him? Like condo? No, never found it's kind of like when they leave the land of two and swallow.

At the end of claddy with a chance to meet balls, I never look back. So what I'm saying to you is they can all sound great. And then one guy says the broke his neck and yet somehow still is able to go to his car every day and walk around.

That's why I might wind up with like a shack that's on like like a big yard. Like there are a lot of those in Georgia where it's the smallest house and then the biggest yard and all of the yard is kind of brown.

That's what you want to do is buy the smallest house in the nicest area so everyone hates you and then eventually sell buying property like it is more money, more problems and like yeah, you get a house, but like it is endless like watch money pit.

And then see if you still want to be a homeowner, but it was just part of the American dream. I just want to be away. I just want my own space.
