This is the way I like to meditate where I'll start repeating an affirmation

and then I'll notice my breath and then I may hold the mudra or focus on a chakra or visualization.

When you layer the techniques like this, you'll find that you're able to ease into your meditation much more easily.

So I want to share with you today as I always do some insight before you're guided in the meditation.

This gets you ready to focus your mind and to ease into stillness.

So for your insight for today, I've been sharing with you those qualities that people who feel as though they've achieved success in their life,

meaning not only career success but success with their relationships, with their physical health,

And I've been sharing with you all through this week how important it is to change your self-talk,

to change your priorities, to change your motivation, to change your habits.

And today I want to share with you the importance of changing your friends.

Now this doesn't mean discarding your current friends.

What it means is that it's important to have friends who influence you or who inspire and motivate you.
