0:26.5 | Turn the palms to face upward and the index and thumb together just to seal in your energy. |

0:45.3 | Again, as you inhale a little more breath to fill the back of the body. |

1:22.6 | We'll start with the intention of visualizing our ideal life and cultivating the energy that magnetizes that life towards us. |

1:34.3 | we focus on how we want to be and how we want to feel. |
1:39.3 | Take your attention back to your breath, centering in your core. |
1:45.0 | Choose one result in your life, one thing you want to manifest. |
1:51.0 | Maybe a relationship that you want to call in, a certain achievement in your job, |
1:57.0 | maybe losing weight, or cultivating health in a certain part of your body. |
2:02.3 | Use all five senses as specifically as possible. |
