It's so easy to find ourselves rushing and caught up in the momentum of everyday life.

And in the rushing, we can all too easily lose touch with ourselves, with our moments and what matters most.

So just inviting you now to take a moment to pause, a moment to breathe and to be.

So taking three deep, slow, conscious breaths now, as a way of coming home to yourself, in the here and the now.

And as you breathe in, just following the breath with your awareness all the way in. And all the way out.

Two more in your own time. And as you allow the breath to return to its own natural rhythm and pace, just contemplating one simple question,

what is it that really matters most today?

I'm and setting an intention now to stay in touch as best you can with your highest intention for the day.

Instead of just going through the motions today

or rushing through,

making an intention to bring your best self to this day

And if, at any time today, you find yourself once again caught up in the headlong rush of daily life,
