Hi, my name is John Kim. I'm a therapist who went through his own rebirth many years ago

and I've been documenting my journey ever since sharing my life lessons and revelations.

I believe in casual or clinical with you instead of at you. I come unrehearsed on purpose

because self-health doesn't have to be so complicated.

If you listen to my podcast, I'm usually outside a taco truck or somewhere in traffic or maybe by the beach and so the audio is, I would say, let's just say it's honest.

And today it's gonna sound like I'm in the studio

because I'm using a fancy mic

and I'm doing this on my computer,

which may be refreshing, I don't know or boring depends right well let me tell you about the world today I know you know about the world but I'm from a generation just being 49 where I grew up with

Pagers and

VHS tapes where you had to rewind before you return them.

So I have seen the hockey stick, right? I've seen technology advance exponentially I have lived through

the character arc of social media and how now we do everything on our phones.

And so the story I'm going to share, I think for me it's a little more shocking just because I'm not used to this kind of technology.

A lot of people who are younger than me, it's all they know, right? So things like

Pagers and Game Boys and telephone chords and stuff like that that's very foreign to them.

So I was at the gym about to get out of my car finishing up a podcast I listen to

podcast in my car and I do it in I do it in pieces because podcasts are usually

you know an hour or too long.

And so I just listen to them while I'm driving.

And so I was finishing up a podcast.
