what um i got an email from car leaderman what does he want well he said during your January 31st podcast with Vinny, you mentioned that there's no way to test for gluten sensitivity other than celiac. Here are the two websites for two labs that actually do test for gluten sensitivity. I want to look into it. Thank you, Carl, for sending that. I was told, but it was many years ago, by the guy Wilford, Dr. Wilford Weinstein, who sits on the celiac board at UCLA, that you can't really test for an intolerance. Oh, they do. If I said sensitivity, I misspoke. Okay. But intolerance is what he said. Now, things could have changed. Obviously, they're testing for food allergies. So you haven't looked yet. You haven't figured it out. I just want to call that out that sometimes I say stupid shit and sometimes I say smart shit. Yeah. Just like a lot of times I'll say, what is it I say? I say it wrong all the time and I hear it coming out of my mouth wrong, but I never correct it. What'm thinking of the word intolerance.
