Summary

Today's Quote: "We lost conscious unity with the Father and invented a new meaning for the word 'I'. The word 'I' originally meant 'God'.  The word 'I Am' really meant, 'God Is'.  So when the word 'I' was spoken it was really 'I' uttering 'Itself'." - Herb Fitch

"I and the Father are one and all that Father has is mine."-  Jesus

Today's Practice:
1.  Close your eyes and place your hand over your heart
2. While keeping your head level, look up behind your closed eyelids (as if at the ceiling).
3. Feel how the body feels... feel how the Soul feels in and AS the body.

Bonus Practice:
Make a list of everything you think you need. And then one by one, write, "I don't need ______, I only need the conscious awareness of the 'I AM'."  Once you have God, you have everything you need.  Once you have the conscious awareness of Love, you need nothing.  Feel the presence that you are, and know This to be the all.

1:01.0

With your eyes closed, just place your right hand over your heart.

1:07.7

We can just become aware of your breathing a bit.

1:12.5

It can even be grateful for our breathing. As Tick Not Han would say, we can smile

1:18.7

to our breath, smile to it, and appreciation, and gratitude and love.

1:28.4

And now with your hands still over your heart and your eyes closed, I want you to look up

1:37.1

behind those closed eyes as if you're looking at the ceiling. But do not move your head.

1:42.3

Just lift your eyes, raise your eyes behind your eyelids, keeping your head still.

1:51.6

Just lift your eyes behind those closed eyelids and look up as if you're looking at the ceiling.

2:01.6

And while you're holding your eyes in that way, I want you to bring your attention down

2:09.2

into the body, into your heart area. And just see what's there.

2:20.1

What are you feeling in this moment? While those eyes are rolled up behind your closed eyelids.

2:27.7

There's something about this, this activity using your eyes in this way.

2:41.4

It slows the mind down. And when the mind has slowed down, it's very easy to become aware of the I

2:51.7

am, your true self. And it manifests in the body as a peace, as a calm, as a soft vibration.

3:09.1

Rumi calls it, a subtle joy says when you feel a subtle joy that means you're close to truth.

3:17.0

Your eyes will naturally return to their normal position, but just lift them up again.
