When we keep our eyes fixed on God we are able to see the way that He looks at us and we are able to hear the words that He speaks to us. One of my favorite ways to pray is with music. I often sing to Jesus throughout the day. In addition to singing to Jesus, I also find it helpful to pray with my imagination and listen to Jesus sing to me. Today I imagined Jesus singing Psalm 1:1-4. Have you ever prayed with your imagination?Is there a passage in the Book of Psalms or the Song of Songs that you perceive Jesus inviting you to focus on in this season of your life? I encourage you to decrease the time you spend focusing on the words of people and increase your time with the Words of God in the Bible.Listen to Him speak. And there, we will hear his voice...In this silence we find a new energy and a real unity.
