What have you been believing in? I'm guilty of believing in superfoods. I'm always googling, like if I'm eating something particularly healthy, I like to Google and read about studies that have been done on what it can prevent or what it can strengthen. And I catch myself in the midst of that old pattern of behavior and laugh at myself, but I still find myself doing it as if it's the carrots, or the celery, or the seeded grapes...
