Summary
Today's Quote:
"Become watchful of your physical body: watch yourself walking, watch yourself eating, watch yourself running, talking, listening. Watch. And through watching you will see you are different from the physical body. Because the watcher cannot be the watched, the observer cannot be the observed, the seer cannot be the seen, the knower cannot be the known.
Watch the physical body, and the second body will arise. It is there-- but you will start feeling it, you will start recognizing it, it will start penetrating you. This is the first step of meditation: watch the physical body. Then the second step, and the last, is: watch the bliss body. Watch your celebration, watch you joy, watch your silence , watch your ecstasy and then you will suddenly see that the watcher cannot be the watched: "Ecstasy is there, but I am far away from it. Bliss is there, but I am the knower of it." - Osho
Today's Practice:
Watch that body. Watch it like you're watching someone else. Watch it like you're watching a movie about someone else. And then watch the Love that bubbles up. Watch It closely, and then see if you can see the watcher. Can you watch the watcher? What is aware? Stay with this. Keep watching the body and mind, and watch what happens! No-thing is the same. ;)

| 0:28.5 | I was about 16 years old. I lost my grandfather. He passed away. I still think about him just |

| 0:43.6 | renew that. He was coming and he was in hospice. He couldn't speak, but he was still communicating |
| 0:49.6 | by writing on a pad. One of the last things he ever wrote, I was not present. He wrote this to my |
| 0:57.1 | parents. They were in the room with him alone. When he handed it to them, it just said watch, |
| 1:02.9 | Nikki, watch Nikki. I was 16 at the time. I was working at the mall at a store where Juvenile |

| 1:19.2 | starched. That's how old I am. My parents, of course, naturally thought, she must be being fast. |
| 1:25.7 | We got to watch her. Make sure that she's not getting into any trouble. Then of course, as I grew |
| 1:32.6 | older, I thought maybe watch Nikki and meant, oh, watch Nikki do amazing things, really good things |
| 1:39.8 | in the world. In my mid to late 20s, the more I began practicing this that I'm sharing with you |
| 1:48.4 | and meditating and finally bumped into or came across what I consider to be the supreme meditation, |
| 1:57.6 | which is called watchfulness, being aware of that body, to put some space between you and the body |
| 2:06.3 | and the mind, you and what you think you are and to be who you truly are. I was like, maybe that |
| 2:12.3 | message wasn't impended for my parents. Maybe he wrote that message for me when I was ready to |
| 2:19.8 | understand what it meant to watch Nikki. For a couple of years, that was my true and only meditation. |
| 2:27.3 | I would even say watch Nikki. Don't forget to watch Nikki stand behind Nikki. Stand behind Nikki. |
| 2:36.3 | Watch Nikki go to the kitchen, watch Nikki walk to the living room, watch Nikki answer the phone, |
| 2:41.7 | watch Nikki handle this drama, watch Nikki do this, watch Nikki do that. I don't remember when it hit me, |
| 2:49.6 | you know what though I did a post on Instagram about it that day that it came to me. I was definitely |
| 2:55.2 | meditating and I remember my eyes flew open. I thought I had to guess it was like 2017. Everything |
