Mindful and was on our show a few years ago. Her personal mission is to give people the tools

they need to make meaningful connections

and to live with purpose, joy, and a real sense of belonging.

To that end, her new company is called Fabric, with a queue.

It's a platform that's intended to help us prioritize, track, and reconnect regularly

with the people who matter most to us.

Amy and I spoke in the beginning of COVID, but this discussion about how we build deeper

connection and stamp out loneliness was important even before COVID.
