Summary

Ready to hang out with two amazing women—and coaches? Then come along with us as we introduce you to the new Train Like a Mother Club coaches Jess Hofheimer and Amy Skorich, two North-Carolina-based runners (and mothers!) who are now overseeing the traditional running programs.

Listen in as Dimity, Sarah, Jess and Amy talk about how:

—The two got became runners (both started with a marathon distance!);

—Jess overcame overtraining and disordered eating to run her best marathon at age 45;

—Amy had a frustrating journey to a diagnosis of type one diabetes—and how she ran her marathon PR after being diagnosed;

—The pair approach training with the perspective of "commitment with flexibility" and "curiosity with possibility."

Train with Jess + Amy in their traditional running programs: 10K, 10 MileHalf Marathon, Marathon.

I got to get a few more. You know, I got to crank things up a little bit. I've been doing like
