0:29.6	And, you know, it started as this tiny little, like, just thought in my mind.
0:30.9	And then it started to snowball.
0:31.9	And it grew bigger.

0:38.8	And, you know, it's looking at my life at the time, I had everything that I wanted.
0:44.3	Like I thought I wanted that corner office, the fancy shoes, a nice car.
0:53.4	And then as I started to gain more things, I became more and more miserable feeling because I'm thinking, I'm not breathing fresh air.
0:55.2	I'm not getting quality family time. I'm not, and this all just started. So it started small and I ignored it and I pushed it away
1:00.9	because I was more comfortable in my current like routine is comforting for us. We like routine.
1:06.8	And doing something off the beaten path is that you don't know that the outcome is going to be is scary.
1:14.2	But I heard this quote on the radio and somebody said,
1:18.2	sometimes you have to jump off the cliff and build your wings on the way down.
1:22.8	And that really resonated with me.
1:26.3	And I started to pay more attention to that little voice.
1:29.3	So to answer your question, like we, you know, life is not a dress rehearsal.
1:34.3	We only get one shot at this.
1:36.3	And if you feel like something's not right or it's not sitting well with you,
1:42.3	we are the ones who have to make that change and we're the only ones
